Shipping
Your order will ship within one to two business days, via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.
Online shipping cost is a flat charge of $6.99 for standard Priority Mail within the US. Express or Overnight shipping rates start at $29 within the US. Orders placed after 1 pm PST generally ship the next business day.
Delivery times will vary based on your location, however most priority packages can be expected within 7-10 business days of ordering.

There will be no indication of the package contents.
To conserve resources, and generate as little waste as possible, boxes and packing materials are re-used whenever it is practical to do so.
So, although your order will always be packaged discreetly, the box it arrives in might say that it contains printer paper or pizza dough!
Back Orders and Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be removed from the website. In the event that an item becomes unavailable before it is removed from the website you will be discreetly notified of the delay, and the order will be processed normally.
Your back ordered item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, at no additional charge to you, as soon as the item becomes available.
Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products all sales are final. Please inspect your order when it arrives to ensure that all items meet your expectations. Should you be dissatisfied or find a product defective please notify Scarlet Girl™ immediately.
Should a product be damaged during shipping, or become defective within 90 days, please contact Scarlet Girl™ for a RA (return authorization) number. While we will gladly replace defective products there are no returns for refund.
At the time you receive a RA you will also receive shipping instructions. Once your defective product is returned the Scarlet Girl™ office we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
Defective products will be recycled through our Sexstainablity™ sex toy recycling program, however a purchase credit will not be applied if Scarlet Girl™ has replaced a defective item.
