Tips from Tantus:
A dildo will lose an inch in length when you put it in a harness. It's not only the shaft going through the harness up and o-ring that account for this. It's the curvature of the pelvis as you thrust. For this reason when looking for a strap-on dildo you may want to choose one a little longer than you like for solo play.
