| It’s been a big thing for me to have found a company that supports me in building my own business, and yet is not overly pushy.
A lot of companies in this business are very concerned with “up-line” sales: recruiting other women to join the company; and in fact most of these companies make recruiting just as important a part of the business as selling.
I like that Scarlet Girl is enthusiastic and encouraging at all times but without putting too much pressure on me to make a certain level of sales in a certain time frame – I’m free to build my business at the pace that works best for me.
I think that it’s because of this structure that I’ve done so well with Scarlet Girl. I’ve enjoyed this business more than I did the other company I worked for because I have been able to do it on my own time: it has been something I wanted to do, not something I suddenly felt obligated to.
When I didn’t have a lot of time to devote to the business – I was moving, changing jobs, etc. – I let Scarlet Girl take a back seat to life for a while. Now that things have settled down a bit, I can throw all my energy into it; or not, and that’s what’s so great!
