Valentine's day reminds us of loving those around us, from your partner, to your friends and family, but one thing that easily gets forgotten is to love yourself. February 14th is the perfect day to say "I love me!". And loving yourself first is the only way that you can fully love others.
 How can you remember to love yourself this Valentine's Day?
Do what you love, and reward yourself for keeping your happiness first. Share that confidence with others, and be the shining star that you are!
Self love is being confident, feeling sexy, free, determined, and proud of yourself, inside and out! This kind of love is contagious, and with your unstoppable love force you will only get more love in return. Treat yourself and others well, and expect to be treated well in return. Don't accept anything less!
Yes, of course self love can extend into the bedroom too. Knowing what you want is one of the sexiest things you can bring to the table. Communicate with your partner what you would like to try, experience, or taste! It might feel strange at first, but starting with words of guidance or encouragement helps. Simply uttering little phrases are a good start, and can really make a difference
